The United Nations has recently been forcing FDLR to relocate to Kisangani in some sort of encampments, 470 km to the west of their current geographic location, even though Rwanda their homeland is only 40-50 km away to the east of their current refuge.
One can’t help thinking why MONUSCO (UN Mission in DRC) along with Feingold (US Special Envoy in Great Lakes Region of Africa) are so eager to relocate FDLR along with their families to Kisangani, without any kind of preparation known to adequately assist those Hutu refugees,
Not forgetting that MONUSCO failed to assist them where they are in Eastern DRC provinces. I would like to take you back in time, just on January 15, 2014 during ICGLR meeting that took place in Luanda Angola.

Museveni took the floor and was not shy to express his harsh feelings toward Hutu ethnic population in the region. Specifically, Museveni shamelessly gave a proposition to resolve the Rwandan refugees problem, that has been hunting Rwanda since 1959.
In his word he said ”Up to now the presence of the Rwanda genocidaires in Eastern Congo has not been solved ─ leading to endless problems such as the 2nd Congo war, the Nkunda uprising, the M-23, etc.
All these have been linked to the original problem of the Rwandan genocidaires in Eastern Congo. Yet, this should never have been a problem if there was clarity. In order to avoid the Hutu diaspora of 1994 substituting for the Tutsi diaspora of 1959, the solution should have involved the right of return by those new exiles but with accountability for the crimes they committed using a graduated scale of separating the misleaders from the misled and being harsh on the former and lenient on the latter.
If there are those that did not want to go back to Rwanda, they should have been removed from the border to deep inside Congo and should have been disarmed. This has never been done conclusively. This must be done.
All the other eruptions have been the consequences of this mistake and the one of denying the Banyarwanda of Eastern Congo, especially the Tutsi, either overtly or covertly, the inalienable right to the land of their ancestry. To deal with the consequences without dealing with the cause is not a durable solution ».

Fellow readers, here it is the master plan being put in action by the United Nations, Western International Community and Museveni as well as RPF’s friends. Why is so that important to relocate Hutu refugees and FDLR in Kisangani?. Far away from their Homeland?
This is design to weaken or even eliminate FDLR modest but proven defense system, by taking them to Kisangani, it will be easy for MONUSCO and friends to assassinate or snatch anyone they want especially military leaders, as well as civilian key organizers of all kinds. Educators, religious, medical services providers..
In Kisangani Hutu refugees will never receive any type of assistance, at least not that we know from MONUSCO. There is no known plan in place to help sustain FDLR members and their families in those camps either.

If Congolese nationals are dying from starvation, I can ensure you FDLR members will not even get a drop of water in those so called camps. Ebola outbreaks in DRC this year is being unreported at least not enough. It is possible that FDLR and families could be wiped out by Ebola disease brought into them intentionally to eradicate them.
This was very likely if you remember how in 1994 people were dying from cholera in North Kivu. With Ebola it would be swift and efficient way to kill thousands of Hutu refugees. Most importantly to Museveni and his friends MONUSCO putting FDLR out of business.
The ultimate goal
Hutu refugees and FDLR in DRC had been under constant harassment from MONUSCO, Museveni and RPF with the goal to annihilate them. It’s very disturbing to see MONUSCO taking lead in implementing such diabolic plan, but not surprising.
MONISCO had always been working restlessly against Hutu refugees in Congo, which is the reason FDLR doesn’t trust any solution from MONUSCO. I urge everyone who value humanity to listen to FDLR and promote peace instead of supporting MONUSCO in waging needless wars against unarmed men, women and children.
Hutu refugees have the right to live not just to survive. The decision taken by FDLR leadership to reject the relocation is very legitimate and justified.
